We built Sonx to help you create music — not to collect or sell your data. This policy explains clearly what we collect, why, and how you can control it.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Sonx mobile application ("App") and the Sonx website ("Site"). By using Sonx, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your creative content (prompts, voice recordings, lyrics) to train our AI models without your explicit consent.
When you use AI Voice Cloning or Voice-to-Song features, you voluntarily provide voice recordings. These recordings are used solely to generate the audio output you requested. We do not share your voice data with third parties for their own use, and we do not use it to build general voice models without your consent.
You may delete your stored voice models at any time from within the app settings.
We share information only in limited circumstances:
We never sell your data. We never share it for third-party advertising targeting.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
Generated songs and creative content may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement purposes.

Sonx is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
Users between 13 and 18 should use Sonx only with parental or guardian consent.
We operate globally and your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services such as social media platforms and streaming services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing any personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Sonx after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
